Have you had an accident?

A one legged man in America recently was awoken by a commotion in his house. This man tried to chase the intruder with a loaded gun, unfortunately the unnamed man was so unstable with out his prosthetic leg he accidentally missed the intruder and shot himself. The man  is fine.

Later when the man was questioned he stated that he refused to put his prosthetic leg on as he was a great shot and he did not need the stability of a prosthetic leg.

I have a solution for the one legged home owner tho. The photo below shows the best solution to a intruder.

I know that every man and his dog has a gun in America, but this is the main reason why they should  cap the amount of guns in general population. All gun accidents in America are either trying to shoot a intruder or they were cleaning there gun. You never hear of anyone in Britain accidentally shooting them self’s.

I have never seen on BBC UK news, a man accidentally clean his gun and shoot his family, the neighbours dog and then accidentally get in his car and drive to his wife’s parents house and accidentally killed everyone there.

Researchers at the State University of New York at Buffalo have announced that head and necked injuries caused by dog-bites increase in summer months.

The study was carried out using 84 children. the youngest child was 10 months and the eldest was 19, the average age was 6 years old. The study results show that children of 4 years or younger were more likely to be harmed. 27 percent of cases were related to family pets and most common breeds to cause harm were pit bull.

I always like to wonder about these studies. What the researchers are trying to suggest is that during the  summer, dogs are more likely bite due to the heat.

My thoughts are that when it is -3° outside every day during the winter, you will either never see kids outside or when kids are outside they are so well wrapped up that a bus could hit them and they would just need to dust down any dirty and carry on what they are doing. Thus kids are more likely to wear less clothing during the summer.

Too be brutally honest this study is not a study, it just common sense. I mean if I had kids I would not have a dog that in any way is connected to fighting. Pit Bulls were bread to kill vermin and many years ago they were involved in dog fighting so why would you have one around young children.
