Wireless Cameras, Machine Guns and a Slice of Signage

Yesterday someone at work announced that there had been someone living in there shed that had lived there for the last 2 months without them knowing.

It made me think. Yes think… I wonder if this squatter had an accident and was hurt would they be able to create a lawsuit out of it.

In England it appears that the lawsuit would probably get laughed out of court as they should not be on the land anyway.

America on the other hand suggests that this can be an easier achievement. If a person does injure themselves while on someone else’s land they can sued for having items or obstacles that cause injury.

Eventually tricks like this will become more common. People sue other people for stupid reasons. There is not a day goes by that lawyers and insurance companies advertise for people who have had an accident and want to sue over it. People will start doing this as a profession. eg. Teacher, IT Programmer, Doctor, Claimant. It evens fits in quite well.

I have been thinking of ways to prevent these incidents from happening. One of the ones I think would be a good idea but I would not recommend it.

Get two Wireless Cameras, two wall mounted sensor operated automatic machine guns (one for front and one for back) and two signs saying if any persons trespass on to the property or the land that is allocated to the property they will be shot.

I think the rest can probably be guessed.

NOTE: This is NOT a recommendation and should not be done.

NHS Document Scanning Scheme

With the ever increasing problems with NHS client records there has been a report to say that the NHS will be scanning all Microfiche Records and put them disk.

Over the past few years the NHS has been distracting the world away from there major IT problems. They develop all these bugs that started to take over hospitals then died down the likes of MRSA.

I know that MRSA is a very treatable bug and in some cases it is no more dangerous than the common cold but still this problem the Media pushed and pushed it until it was a world threating disease.

After this the NHS ran out of ideas on how to divert the attention away from a big problem. This problem was and still is the IT system and the book keeping.

Sometime ago the NHS and Government decided that the NHS needed to be brought up to date and and IT system would be brought in. Previously the NHS had been on paper and some extent they had also been on Microfiche as well.

This IT Revamp that has been a disaster from day one will now include the Document Scanning of all Microfiche records.

This is just getting worse and worse for this simple installation gone wrong.

Tesla Thinking of Safety……We Hope

Tesla the company who brought America the electric Roadster is looking at battery safety.

Tesla

Tesla

If you have not seen this car, it was on Top Gear. I remember watching it thinking it was going to destroy the car as I knew it. I like cars that have engine sizes not ranges. I want a car that sounds like it could knock down a wall by just revving the engine.

As you can probably tell I like my cars. Anyway this electric car company are worried that a “thermal runaway reaction” could take place if the batteries over heat.

THERMAL RUNAWAY REACTION????

Thermal Runaway Reaction, sounds like it cannot be stopped by man or beast. Sounds like once created will never be stopped…..ever. But all it means is explosion. So at least it won’t kill us all just the nearest few.

This over heating has been seen before though, remember the dell laptop incidents where the wrong Sony batteries were placed in dell laptops and exploded. For this reason Tesla are announcing today which Battery Suppliers they will be using and what casing they will be in to prevent them from exploding while carrying passenger.

There are loads of companies out there who use different types of batteries. I have listed the more well known ones below.

1. Nissan – Nissan will use a lithium manganese polymeter battery.

2. Fisker Automotive – They will use batteries supplied by Ener1(Manganese Technology)

3. Crysler – They will use A123 Systems which are lithium phosphates.

4. Daimler – Daimler have bought 10% of Tesla so I would assume it will be whatever Tesla are doing.

Tesla although are at present using a self created battery casing that uses basically laptop batteries but keeps the cells away from each other so that the cells do not explode.

Bus Caution for Peru Holidays

I dont know if you know this but in Lima, Peru.  Bus drivers to save on time fill up there buses while on there route’s.

I never knew this until now to be honest.

But help is at hand, the government have decide that this sort of outrageous behavior will be stopped. The ministry of transportation have announced that from July 2009. Any buses drivers found to be filling there bus up with passengers on it will be fined 852 Soles.

852 Soles  equates to around about £188. I have done a little checking and the min wage is 500 Soles. Thus this means that the fine will be about a month and half’s wage.

The Police have been authorised to do this from July 2009. The Police also can issue the same fines for a bus not having the correct amount of bumpers fitted.

….So if Peru Holidays seems like the adventure you want to take be wary of the dangerous bus drivers.

Body Parts Mystery

Mans body has been discovered in Leicestershire and Hertfordshire?! To be accurate he was found in Cottered, Wheathampstead, Asfordby, Puckeridge and Standon….well parts of him were.

The man suffered one stab wound to the back of the head before he was chopped up into five bites and spread over the two counties.

The victim has been said to be between 40 and 60 and was of large build between 16 and 17 stone. The police have said that there has been steps taken that have prevented the Police from identifying the victim.

I am therefore going to stay with this case as I think it will be a very hard to figure out for the Police.

There are so many questions that are thrown up from this incident.

How?

How was this murder caused. The victim was murdered chopped up and spread over five different places in two counties. There are another number of questions that can be asked.

1. Was it the start of a serial killer? This is his first bit of work and will it continue….

2. Was this a professional hit. If it was for it seems sloppy. I mean if I was a professional killer I think I would do a better job than this to hide it. Or was this a message. Will we find out that this person was connected to a gang in Briton somewhere.

This is definitely a bit of a mystery and I am going to keep track of this story until it is solved.

Relative Dies from Sword Fight

The second person has died after an argument developed into a sword fight.

Stegbauer, 69  died the 13th April 2009 after being admitted to hospital four days earlier with serious injuries.

A younger relative, Rondeau, 39 and Stegbauer turned a argument into a sword fight which developed killed Stegbauer 69 and his sister-in-law who died at the scene due to a fatal stable wound that she received while trying to break the pair up.

Rondeau has been detained in a medical unit on attempted murder charges.

I personally think this is the stupidest argument conclusion I have ever heard of. I mean really how big must there house be if they were able to get two swords to have a sword fight. Yeah maybe a plate being thrown at eat other but to be able to have the thought to get two swords out to play with.

I thought the addams family were only found in the fiction section of a library not in Indianapolis.

I wonder if they had life insurance are they covered under swordfights??

Steven Taylor Suffers Injury at Worst Possible Time

Newcastlle’s make shift right back has been struggling with an ankle injury for the last two games prior to them going to visit Spurs at White Hart Lane.

Steven Taylor was a announced fit and rearing to go on the morning of the Spurs game and was told that he would be starting the game. 45 minutes in tho the recurring ankle injury came back. Taylor had to go off and they don’t even know if he will be back for any games this season.

This seems to be a recurring thing for Newcastle. They seem to suffer with injuries all the time. I would like to know what the main problem is because for me I think it is the training ground.

The training ground has been well know as beinga injury curse for Newcastle but still they dont even look at changing there training ground.

When will Newcastle learn? I think probably never they will always think that that ground is a good choice.

£46 to stop a bullet!!

A Women in the state of Bahia stuffed 150 reals (46 quid) into her Bra which stopped a bullet from hitting and potentially badly wounding her or even worse killing her.

Ivonete Pereira, 58, was aware that robbers circulated round buses in aims to rob bus passengers. This is why she hid the money in her bra so that they would not find it.

Unfortunately a gun fight broke out between Police and the robbers. A stray bullet hit Pereira which sent her to the ground but the cash slowed the bullet down that much that she survived with only a bullet wound. She had to be taken to hospital but only to remove the bullet.

Talk about saving money being a good thing. I expect that the lady had a respect for money that not peo9ple have.

The robbers of the incident were able to escape. I would like to know how to be honest.

Man Has Trouble Breathing Even Tho Tree is Found in Lung.

A Man was rushed in to a Russian hospital with serve chest pains. Artyom Sidorkin, 28 had been admitted with chest pains that had been believed to be cancer in the lung due to the patient coughing up blood.

When in surgery it was found that the patient had a 5cm tree growing inside his lung. The tree had developed and was touching his capillaries which was causing serve pain for the patient.

The hospital believe that the patient had inhaled the seed which had grown into a small tree.

The only reason I have put the source link below is to actually prove that I am not the only one writing about this story. And yes I believe it  is a story.

So Many question I have to ask??

How did it get into his lung??

How did it grow considering it needs light?? last time I checked people don’t have much light within there lungs. They might have sun shining out there arses but that is it.
